Credit System: Some plans use a credit-based system where you prepay for usage. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Assessment Accuracy: Roof assessments provided through our Service are preliminary estimates based on submitted photos and should not be considered definitive professional inspections. Users should always conduct or commission physical inspections before making business decisions.
You agree to clearly communicate to homeowners that AI assessments are preliminary and recommend professional follow-up.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOF GAUGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roof Gauge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Data Export: Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
